Yield improvement in soybeans through AMALGEROL ESSENCE seed treatment and foliar application in six different combinations

In 2019, the Ulyanovsk Research Institute of Agriculture conducted trials to evaluate the effectiveness of AMALGEROL ESSENCE on soybean crops. The study aimed to determine how different application methods and rates of AMALGEROL ESSENCE could enhance soybean yield and quality. The trial utilized the soybean variety USHI 6 and included seven treatments with varying application rates and methods of AMALGEROL ESSENCE.

These treatments ranged from seed treatment at rates of 1.0 L/t and 1.5 L/t to foliar applications at rates of 1.5 L/ha and 2.5 L/ha, as well as combinations of both methods. The trial was set up in a systematic layout with four replications for each treatment and was conducted from May to September 2019.

The trial results showed significant improvements in soybean yield and quality with the application of AMALGEROL ESSENCE. The highest yield of 23 dt/ha was achieved with a combination of seed treatment at 1.5 L/t and foliar application at 2.5 L/ha representing a 24.3% increase over the control.

Additionally, treatments with AMALGEROL ESSENCE resulted in higher plant preservation rates, increased plant height, and a higher number of productive stems. These findings suggest that AMALGEROL ESSENCE is a valuable tool for improving soybean productivity in the Middle Volga region.

+ 5-24 % more yield
+ higher stem density / m²
+ more beans per plant
+ stable protein content resulting in higher protein yields per area
