AMALGEROL increased sunflower yield and oil content with one application only

This sunflower trial was conducted on small fields of 0,5 ha with two replicates per treatment in Eastern Croatia.

AMALGEROL was applied once at the beginning of budding (BBCH 59) with 5 l/ha. The application was carried out in the tank mix with a fungicide (and at site Cepin also with an insecticide) whereas the control received the fungicide only.

At site Bolman AMALGEROL increased the yield by 3,06 %.

The moisture was decreased by 10,29 %, the level of impurity was 2,85 % lower, the oil content was increased by 4,26 %, and the yield of oil per hectare was 7,26 % higher.

At site Cepin AMALGEROL increased the yield  by 20,30 %.

The moisture content was lower by 6,12 %, the level of impurity was 2,94 % lower, the oil content was 2,53 % higher, and the yield of oil per hectare was 23,35 % higher.

Increase with AMALGEROL 5 l/ha:

+ 3 - 20 % higher yield

+ 7 - 23 % more oil per hectare
