Higher sunflower yield and oil content in Turkish farm trial

In this farmer field trial from Turkey, AMALGEROL increased the yield (Fig. 1) and the oil content of sunflowers with one foliar application only: 4 l/ha at the 6-8 leaves stage.

The yield increase of 190 kg/ha corresponded in 2013 to a profit increase of 96 € (or 290 Turkish Lira).

The elevated oil content of the AMALGEROL-treated plants (44,3 %) compared to the untreated plants (43,5 %) led to 102 kg more oil / ha.
